I enjoyed my first encounter in 2008 with your organisation, which is why I came back. I fully appreciated the fact that I was able to view the Dodge, Jeep and Hyundai ranges without bias. I visited your car yard with my husband and 3 boys last Saturday. We were immediately made to feel very welcome- even after my son asked that the General Manager show us some cars!! The coffee and hot chocolate won us over from the start!
David did such a wonderful job of looking after us and we were made to feel completely at ease as we made the decision to buy our family a new Jeep. He was so understanding as we lifted our son's wheelchair into the boots of your cars and even took care of the wheelchair as we went for a test drive.
As I am a Primary School teacher I have not able to answer my phone in the classroom when David has tried to make contact and I wanted to let you know how happy we have been with the service we received at your dealership.
After looking into our finance options I have decided to 'salary sacrifice'
through the Department of Education as this is the best choice for us financially. I am genuinely disappointed that we will not complete the process of buying our new car with David directly. I know that the Department uses a variety of selected car yards and I hope that yours is one of them.

It’s a hard balance to achieve a totally professional team and yet deliver an individual and personal service to the customer and you have achieved that, congratulations.
I would like to comment on one staff member in particular, David. David was my first point of contact via Carsales on the Grand Cherokee and a secondary visit to view the vehicle.
The proceeding few days saw me looking at the new Range Rover, Land Rover, Honda, KIA, Peugeot, and so it went on, My next visit was with my wife on Saturday, when we meet yourself with the X-Trail and you kindly arrange the test drive. The next stop back in Jeep where we meet Justin who eagerly helped us and took us on the test drive. Further discussions started again back with David and of course Mitch. By this point we were totally overload by the day’s events and the amount of SUV’s we had seen and test drive and didn’t want to make a decision as we were yet to drive the Honda, which was Sunday.
Having ticked the Honda off the list it was back to David for the final question and answer, nothing seemed to throw him, he has a great knowledge of the vehicles to the point of even pairing my phone to the Jeep then calling me while I sat in the car, guess I had to buy it then.
Your willingness to be involved in the negotiations and honest approach throughout the whole process was appreciated. We walked out feeling good about the whole experience. This was further confirmed when I got to work this morning to find an email from David, that he had sent after 6pm on Sunday, the man is good!

had been looking for a Kluger for 7 months and I can assure you Rodney was certainly the best by far. On Friday I spoke to Rodney and we come to an agreement with a price for the Kluger, which we were very excited about. Even then we had reservations regarding
the car. We flew over the following Wednesday and Rodney picked us
up at the airport - which was terrific. We were taken to the car and absolutely thrilled with what we seen.
During that time doing business with Rodney we found him to be a honest, loyal and very happy to help where ever he could. I would

When I first visited the Chrysler /Jeep showroom, David was the first salesman to approach me. I confirmed the nature of my visit was to purchase a" Black Jeep Wrangler" There were a few on offer at the time and his willingness to offer me a test drive was most appreciated.

Our interactions with Bobi and his team proved to be very good and we received an excellent service from beginning to end, resulting in the purchase of a Nissan X Trail.
