Owen your Jeep service advisor has most often been the person who has booked our vehicles and he illustrates a much appreciated 'old fashioned service' attitude. He goes out of his way to assist in ensuring our needs are met and his communication is always on time and informative. If Owen says "I will call you and let you know what's happening", he does. So often as clients we are quick to demand and/or complain but seldom do we compliment. Please accept our families' appreciation of the team at Parramatta Motor Group. Evette provided the highest level of professionalism and expertise in dealing with both my wife & I. My wife and I had a very positive experience from the first instance that we entered the dealership. All the staff that we interfaced with were very pleasant and helpful during our purchase of a Hyundai Getz. My wife wishes to also pass on to Evette her thanks for her assistance in this purcahse & the after sale explanation of the details & operation of the vehicle AND her assistance in providing & explaining the same details of her new car purchased from a competitor down the road on the same day (which was lacking from the salesperson & dealership). This experience was in great contrast to the one we received from one of your competitors at Liverpool where the quality of the staff & service left us feeling quite let down. I have only high praise for both Ecette and your staff & will highly recommend your dealership to my family, friends & colleagues for the excellent service we received. Thank Evette for her professionalism, help and courteous manner with purchasing our Hyundai i30. All dealings with this car was done b phone and fax as i live in Newcastle, which was an achievement with very little fuss. On collecting the car my husband was impressed with the time Evette took to explain the workings and she was very helpful in answering any questions he had.

Thank you for the great service I received during the purchase of my new Hyundai. In particular I would like to mention both the salesperson Elie Chatry and the Finance person Danny Muller. These guys made the process of deciding on, purchaseing and picking up the new vehicle wuite painless. They were both very thorough in the execution of their duties and very helpful to me in making my decision to go with the i30. I am very happy with the vehicle and hope to continue the relationship with Hyundai indefinately. I have owned a Hyundai since 1997 and had nothing but great motoring. I guess you guys have got it right...good job!

This morning i collected my Hyundai i30 and wanted to let you know that it was a pleasure doing business with both you and Elie. At no stage during the process was I intimidated, spoken down to or instructed to get my husband/boyfriend to call you back as was the experience with other dealerships. Thank you both for taking the time to answer my millions of questions and to change/alter contracts and details to satisfy me that everything was 100% correct. My thanks to Elie for picking up at the train station (something which was not necessary given the short wlk to the dealership) and for taking the extra time to ensure that I knew how everything worked and where all the buttons/switches were before I left to drive back. I really apprecitated the service and would have no difficulties in reccommending you to family and friends
