At no stage during the process was I intimidated, spoken down to or instructed to get my husband/boyfriend to call you back as was the experience with other dealerships. Thank you both for taking the time to answer my millions of questions and to change/alter contracts and details to satisfy me that everything was 100% correct. My thanks to Elie for picking up at the train station (something which was not necessary given the short wlk to the dealership) and for taking the extra time to ensure that I knew how everything worked and where all the buttons/switches were before I left to drive back.
